1. In fairness to all of you, Frankie John™ Online Store only work on a first come first serve basis, and we will not reserve anything.
2. All products are Limited quantity, Copyright, and in Excellent Condition.
3. There will be NO refunds or exchanges after transactions are made.
4. Product(s) will be shipped out 1 - 3 day(s) after full payment is received. (Please know that I will do my possible to get your order shipped asap. Postage will not be available on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays)
5. All prices does not include Postage. Postage will be bore by the purchaser.
6. For International Orders, Please enquire via email.
7. Sometimes the color of the product will appear slightly different due to the flash and lighting while I done the photo shoot.
8. Please note that Frankie John™ Online Store not responsible for any damages or loss incurred during shipping. Refunds and exchanges will be considered depending on the situation.
